Over the past few months the national transport and safety authority (NTSA) has migrated all of it service to the transport integrated management system (TIMS)
It is self-help portal where any Kenyan can be able to access any service offered by ntsa anywhere as long has internet connection.
The first step is opening a TIMS account where your id serial number, mother maiden and kra pin are needed
Also a working phone number is needed.
